Pricing questions
Can I advertise on 263 Ads for free?
Yes. A standard product or service listing with your contact details is free, in its category, for as long as it is active.
How do I pay, and are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are in US dollars. 263 Ads is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. We accept mobile money, card payments and cash, and payment is upfront for promotions and for the first month of a subscription or campaign.
How do I order a package?
Promotions and subscriptions are ordered in the business portal: a promotion from Listings (Promote on a published listing), a subscription from Plans & Billing. Pay quoting the reference you are given; it starts the day we confirm the payment, and a subscription renews monthly until you turn renewal off. For qualified leads and managed campaigns, press the package's button to send us its name and price on WhatsApp; we reply with a written quote stating the service, dates and deliverables, and the order is confirmed when you pay it.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance; cancel before the next month starts and you are not charged for it.
Do you guarantee leads or sales?
No. We guarantee what we control — placements, dates, creative work and reporting — but not views, enquiries or sales, unless your written quote says otherwise.
